Shipping & Delivery
At this time, FG Supply.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations nor does FG Supply.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.  At the risk of loss and/or damage for all merchandise ordered from www.fgsupply.com we FG supply are only responsible for delivery to the carrier that the buyer/customer chooses no further. In the event that an order is lost or damaged in transit to the buyer/customer FG supply has the final decision on whether or not to replace the shipment. Once orders have been delivered to the Buyer/customers shipping address in accordance to the buyers’ selection of shipping method FG supply assumes no responsibility. All orders are weighed and double checked for accuracy to insure that all goods are shipped a received. All orders are shipped with No signature required and customer takes all responsiblity for this action, if customer would like a signature required to ensure that their package is delivered to the buyer it must be stated in the special instructions box of intial order or get an approval from the acting manager. (Our mission to do our part as a Go Green company all orders are shipped without an invoice customer receives an electronic version via email) unless customer request a paper version.

Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through FG Supply or VS Modelsport only in new condition pending a managers approval. There is a 10% restocking fee for any items excepted for return by a manager from FG supply. The 10% restocking fee may be wavied if the return amount is applied to store credit or exchanged for other merchandise from FG supply.com

Special Orders/Custom builds
On orders that are generated via phone, email, online and in person. There is a 15% restocking/cancelation fee on any special orders. The time delay for a special order may vary form 2-4 weeks depending on when the order was placed. In some occassions there will be a longer waiting period. At this time the customer will be notified and have the option of canceling the order, FG supply has the right to waive the 25% restocking/cancelation fee for special orders or Custom builds.
Once the order has been completed the customer has seven days to make final payment on open invoice and FG Supply has the option of treating the order as abbandon. In which case the customer deposit will be forfited for services rendered and items will be placed back into stock.
