Instructions: Step 1. After completing your shock assembly, fill your shock with the manufactured reccomended fluid to the correct fill line. (note: Make sure you push and pull the shock shaft at lease 1 inch in and out from the bottom. Do this a few times to release any traped air bubbles).
Step 2. Insert the shocks into the shock body holder. (note: be careful not to have the shock over filled this may cause fluid to overspill into the vacum chamber).
Step 3. Place the vacum lid on the chamber (note: making sure there is no debris around the seal area as this might damage your air tight seal).
Step 4. Place the vacum pump on the top rubber seal center piece, with one hand hold the body of the pump and with your other firmly push and pull the pump handle to create the vacum.
Step 5. Watch the air bubbles expand and speed toward the top of the shock body. (note: wait a min of 3-5 min to allow all air bubbles raise to the top. Light fluild : requires less time for air bubbles to raise to the top! Heavy fluid : reqiures more time for air bubbles to raise to the top!
Step 6. To release the vacum seal press the two points where it reads PRESS on the rubber seal at the top of the vacum lid.
